ND Supper Club

Cozy supper table set for two with candlelight, plant centerpiece, bread basket, and two place settings facing each other across the table.

The table and tone are set for calm and connection.

The ND Supper Club is my current offering of gatherings. This is a relaxed dinner-time gathering for people whose brains work a little differently.

You Might Feel at Home Here If...

  • You rehearse conversations in your head
  • You feel a pull toward connection — even if it’s complicated
  • Your brain notices patterns others miss
  • Traditional productivity or social spaces haven’t worked for you
  • You appreciate calm structure and thoughtful conversation
  • Identify as neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, or similar)
  • Feel overstimulated in typical social settings
  • Experience burnout, social fatigue, or overwhelm
  • Want connection without masking or pressure to perform
  • Prefer flexible participation (listen, speak, or step away as needed)

If this feels familiar, you’re welcome here.

Come as you are. Participate in whatever way feels right.

Starters

Drinks & Appetizers

We begin by settling in. Bring your favorite beverage and join the table.

To start things off, we might ask:

  • What’s your beverage of choice tonight?
  • Did you bring something cozy, caffeinated, or celebratory?
  • What’s been your go-to drink lately?

Sometimes we’ll also share a quick check-in:

  • What kind of energy are you bringing tonight?
  • What brought a small moment of joy this week?

Just a few easy questions to help everyone arrive and feel comfortable at the table.

Soup of the Day

Small Sips to Start

Sometimes a question or experience naturally rises during conversation.

Our Soup of the Day might be:

  • A topic that has been simmering
  • A topic that has been boiling
  • A curiosity or question someone brings
  • A shared experience that sparks conversation

Soup may be hot, chilled, simple, comforting, or a little unexpected.

Main Course

Conversation of the Evening

Each Supper Club gathering includes a conversation about neurodivergent living and everyday life.

Sometimes our discussion touches on things like:

  • Managing energy and navigating neurodivergent burnout
  • Tools that support executive function
  • Creating home systems that work with your brain
  • Finding sustainable approaches to work and productivity
  • Sensory comfort and regulation
  • Celebrating progress and small wins

Everyone is welcome to share, listen, or simply reflect.

Chef's Specials

Featured Conversation

From time to time we spotlight a special topic for deeper conversation.

Examples might include:

  • Rebuilding energy after burnout
  • Organizing your environment for an ND brain
  • Routines that actually stick
  • Navigating transitions and life changes
  • Redefining productivity for neurodivergent minds

Like any good special, the topic may change from week to week.

Dessert

Sweet Takeaways

If you enjoy reflecting at the end of a gathering, we sometimes share a few closing thoughts.

You might share:

  • Something that resonated tonight
  • Something you're taking with you
  • A small idea you may try this week

Or you’re welcome to simply listen as others share.

Seasonal Offering

Reflection for Current Season

Occasionally we explore what this season of life is asking of us.

This might include:

  • Changes in energy or rhythms
  • Transitions happening in work or life
  • Things we’re learning about ourselves

Just a gentle moment to notice what’s unfolding.

After-Dinner Tea

Organic Lingering Conversation

If time allows, we may stay a little longer for relaxed conversation.

No agenda — just connection.
