
Hi, I’m Alyssa.
I started Life Planned & Organized in July of 2020, during a period when I was searching for what might come next. After ending a long-term role in commercial real estate, I found myself at a crossroads — carrying years of experience supporting complex work, but wanting something more creative, meaningful, and aligned.
Something more…me.
What began as a pivot from executive assistant and project management work gradually expanded.
In the early days, that meant hands-on professional organizing — helping people create systems that felt calmer and more livable.
Over time, as my background in marketing, business, and operating systems came back into focus, the work evolved toward supporting small business owners who felt overwhelmed by their digital spaces and workflows.
Today, my work centers on my Journal writing, sharing what I’ve learned through my framework The Life Cycle Way™, alongside offering online visibility and digital systems support through Visibility Studio.
At its core, the work is still about the same thing it’s always been:
